Randy
Prescott , Executive Director
Randy Prescott
was born and raised in California. Randy is marries to Christie
and has three children, Madison, Brady and Riley. Randy attended
elementary school in Redondo Beach, CA, high school in San Jose,
CA and college at Fresno State University.
Randy
was an All-City soccer player at Santa Theresa H.S. in San Jose
before receiving a full scholarship to play soccer for the Fresno
State Bulldogs in 1982. Randy started and played in every game
(88) of his four-year career as a Bulldog. Randy captained the
nationally ranked Bulldogs in his last two years.
The Chicago Sting of the Major Indoor Soccer League drafted Randy
in 1986. This was the beginning of a fourteen-year career in the
professional indoor league. Randy spent the last eleven years
of his career with the Detroit Rockers where he played in five
All-Star games and won a championship with the Rockers in 1992.
Randy
has been coaching soccer for many years at all levels. Randy holds
a USSF B license, the second highest license than can be held.
Randy was a Director of Coaching for the Canton Soccer Club in
Michigan before moving back to Fresno, CA in September of 2001.
Randy most recently received his Real Estate license and is pursuing
a career as an agent.
Randy
serves as Executive Director of the Valley Soccer Foundation,
a non-profit 501(c)(3) California corporation.
